Reiki is a Japanese healing method. The word Reiki means universal life energy in Japanese. It was founded by Mikao Usui as an alternative therapy for physical, emotional, and mental ailments. Reiki reduces stress levels and releases tension to help the body’s own natural healing process. Reiki energy is delivered by gentle laying on of hands. It works differently for every person and circumstance. It helps to relieve pain and promotes a sense of wellbeing

What to expect during session:
During you session you may experience the sensation of heat, tingling, vibration, or pulsation. Reiki works at the cellular level. The stronger the sensation during the session the more Reiki energy the cells are drawing. Sessions may last 60-90 minutes depending on your body’s needs.

Lisa Michaud is a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Reiki Practitioner. Lisa received her Reiki training and certification at The John Harvey Gray Center for Reiki Healing.
Lisa currently holds certifications in sound healing and crystal healing as well. In her spare time Lisa enjoys spending time with her animals, being in nature, and gardening.. Lisa has a husband , four grown children ,and resides in Jaffrey,NH.
